For 10,000z, Troy in Hugel (121, 117) will challenge you to 5 rounds of Rock-Paper-Scissors. Troy will count your wins and his wins (ties contribute to neither count). After 5 rounds, if Troy has won more rounds than you, you do not get any medals. If Troy has tied you or won more rounds than you, you get no medals. If you have won more rounds than Troy, you will be given 1 medal for each round you won. If you win all 5 rounds, you will win 20 medals. 
Note: If the option whats going on? appears, Troy will chose the same thing he chose last round (if the option appears 1st round, his choice will be bow) Did not seem to be the case on the current Troy aside from the option coming up first in which it will be a bow

Lucky Raphael in Prontera (prontera 113, 246) will sell you a raffle ticket. Each raffle has different odds and different prices. After a winner, she will disappear momentarily and then announce a new raffle starting (which may be of the same items).
